This notice describes the enquiry, publishing and embedded-service features of the Aggarwal Associates website.
Information you send in an enquiry
The contact form, property enquiry form and callback popup ask for your name, phone number and email address. Depending on the form, your submission can also include a message, selected service or property interest, and the form source. Dholera enquiries can include a city and budget. These details provide the context and contact information for responding to your request. Please avoid including identity documents, banking details or other unnecessary sensitive information in a message.
Email delivery and server processing
Enquiries are processed by the website and passed to Resend for delivery to the firm's enquiry mailbox when email delivery is configured. The email includes the submitted details and uses your email address as the reply-to address. See Resend's privacy policy.
Enquiry copies may be present in email systems and operational server logs. The enquiry handler does not create a customer record in the website's property and article database.
Published records and administrator uploads
The website database stores property listings and article records, including article author names. Administrators can edit these records and upload images or videos for publication. Uploaded media can be served through public website URLs; it is not a private document-submission facility.
Browser storage and sign-in
The callback popup stores its dismissal time in your browser's local storage to suppress repeated displays for 24 hours. That display interval does not mean the stored value is automatically deleted after 24 hours; you can clear it through your browser's site-storage controls. Administrator sign-in uses a session cookie. These features are separate from the data practices of embedded services.
Google, Instagram and WhatsApp
The site includes Google Maps embeds, Instagram media thumbnails and, on some property pages, Instagram embeds. Loading this content makes requests to the relevant provider. WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a prepared enquiry message. These providers have their own privacy and cookie practices; this notice does not replace their policies.
Questions, corrections and deletion requests
Contact info@aggarwalassociates.org with privacy questions or a request to correct or delete information relating to you. Identify the relevant enquiry or listing without sending unnecessary sensitive documents. Requests will be assessed under applicable law and the circumstances of the request; this notice does not promise automatic deletion or a particular outcome.
