Property pages bring together listing information such as location, property type, area, floor and asking price. Details and status can change. A source date or an active status describes a record; it is not confirmation that a property is still available or that its documents have been checked. Confirm availability and the current asking price directly before arranging a visit or making an offer.
Check the specific property and its documents
Clarify measurements and units, usable area, floor or layout, included rights, building condition, applicable approvals and the costs relevant to the proposed transaction. Do not assume an amenity, parking allocation or terrace right is included because of a property category or an image. Obtain independent legal review of ownership documents and transaction terms before committing. A listing or locality guide is not a title certificate or a property-specific valuation.
Illustrations, photographs and walkthroughs
Category illustrations are visual representations, not photographs of the advertised property. They do not establish the property's appearance, finish, layout or amenities. Where photographs, videos or Instagram walkthroughs are shown, confirm which property they depict and whether they reflect its present condition. Media alone does not establish availability or ownership rights.
